Hello dear listener, this is Ian Lee. Welcome to our podcast. A little warning

before this one, this isn't the usual fun-filled innuendo laden,

downright filthy, laugh, riot

that you kind of expect from us.

This whole podcast is a very special call

that we took a few days ago and some of you may find this too

upsetting to listen to I'm not even doing a piece now this is genuinely you might find

it too upsetting to listen to you possibly heard it live or maybe

you even read about it in the newspapers it got in the newspapers but we took a

call Catherine and myself took a call from a guy called Chris who was struggling with life to the point where he wanted to end his life

and he called us after he had to take an overdose.

We armed an hour for ages about whether we should put this out as a podcast or not.

We didn't want to exploit him, and I certainly don't think this is exploitative of him in any way whatsoever.
