The last podcast of the year, I think we have to apologize first of all for not having

had a podcast for the last two weeks and that is because the office has been struck down

with various winter flus which is actually for the first time I ever left us just two short staff.

So Sherry you're bouncing about if I sound a little bit nasal I'm I think I've got the best possible version of the legi that's going round

But I don't feel my fittest today. So apologies if I sound nasal you're back on your feet after a week of it. Yes exactly

It's just taken out everyone this year really

take yeah at least you've had it now though and you know that you'll be fine over

Christmas because normally as soon as I stop for Christmas that's when it gets

me yeah that's so true anyway that's for soon as I stopped for Christmas. That's when it gets me.
