Stacy Robert Steele.

Director Adam McKay's movie Don't Up, is an allegory about climate change in which

astronomers played by Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence try to raise the alarm

about an asteroid hurtling toward Earth.

But production of this comedy about a fictional global emergency

was upended by a real life global emergency.

The podcast, The Last Movie Ever Made, takes us inside the bubble as filmmakers invent a new way of shooting

a motion picture in a pandemic.

After my interview, you'll hear a full episode of the last movie ever made.

Much of the audio in the podcast is recorded Gorilla Style on iPhones by the crew with commentary by the film's many stars

on how life has imitated art.
