Welcome to our rosary meditation. Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for, especially for the mother of Archbishop Nama and Louise, who passed away this past evening.

Archbishop wanted me to thank all of you on his behalf for all of your prayers in the

rosary.

He said that his mother was very peaceful and serene in her last weeks and that he, that she

and he were able to pray the rosary together every night.

We also offer this rosary for Jeannie Sherman.

She is growing very close to death,

and so we accompany her with our rosary

as she's coming close to walking through the door of death into paradise where she will be able to help

us immensely.

Our first meditation. Today we meditate on the last judgment. Now there are two judgments,

our particular judgment and the last judgment. Now there are two judgments, our particular judgment and the last judgment.

Our particular judgment at the moment of death, at that moment our life will be measured against the life of Christ. St. John of the Cross writes, at the evening of life we shall be judged by our love.

And at that point we shall receive either immediate entrance into the blessedness of heaven

or through the purification of purgatory or immediate and everlasting damnation.

Our particular judgment is about the story of our life. It's the story of what we have

chosen. Either love of God and neighbor over love of self, which results in purgatory or heaven,

or love of self over the love of God and neighbor, which results in hell. hell see the soul goes where it wants to go if it

wanted God more than anything else then it goes to God if it wanted itself more than anything
