rest of Lakers Nation, I have fallen completely in love with him and I can't get enough.

So on our last show, which I just listened to part of it, I went back and I listened to

re-listen to some of our last show.

And Matt, you mentioned that you listen now, I'm assuming you were joking, but you said

you listened to Darvindham on your way to the gym at this point as your as your pre workout and on the way to

to work is that is that accurate and how is that going for you?

Completely accurate on the way to the gym and on the way to shoot hoops. I've been doing

really well. So I'm hoping that Darwin Ham's motivational speaking transfers over to the Lakers

roster this season. If I can do well, I think they can too.
