Hey everyone and welcome back for episode 65 of the podcast. I'm Julia and I'm Carrie and we're the ladies. We're back. Welcome back. We took last week off.

To these states, Julia. Yeah. I just got back from Amsterdam yesterday night last night. I was there for like nine days or something. It was amazing. I'm sure we'll talk about it um but that's why we were not here

last week uh because that was gone but carrie was here and i sure was holding down the fort she did

she really did um we haven't even gotten like talk about what she did when i was gone what i did

when i was gone yeah so maybe we'll do that a little bit too start you have more exciting things to talk about what she did when I was gone and what I did when I was gone. So maybe we'll do that a little bit too. You can go start. You have more exciting things to talk about, I'm sure. Sure. I mean, I guess. We'll see. Hopefully. So I flew to Amsterdam last Saturday. I had been before. I have a friend there that lives there, which is part of the reason why I went well most mostly the reason

why I went but um so I've been to visit her before but she used to live in a city called

Rotterdam which is outside of Amsterdam if you're ever in that area for a while I recommend

going to Rotterdam I really liked it when I. But this time I just went to Amsterdam because now

she lives in Amsterdam. And so I was there for like I said a little over a week. I took a red eye,

love a good red eye. Because, you know, I mean, it's exhausting still to like wake up the next day.

Or not wake up the next day. I mean mean it's like the same day but be so

fucking tired yeah but it was crazy I don't even know if you know this so usually like I flew

direct to New York to Amsterdam and it's like on the way there like going New York there is usually

about like seven hours but there was a storm or some winds or some shit we got there

in five hours and 40 minutes damn so quick like that's literally going to L.A and so I didn't actually

get to sleep that much because I that's not bad at all no it was so fast I I watched a movie while like they serve you dinner

and then I went to sleep oh what's the first movie I watched I watched um oh I watched two

movies actually I watched Maleficent 2 really liked it um me and Carrie are obsessed with the first one

and then I watched Toy Story 4. Really cute too. Yeah. Yeah. So I was like, I was like, I want to get ready and cozy and like fall asleep. So I didn't want to watch anything like too drama or like heavy. So I was like I went straight to the family section. I watched those two. Went to bed for like an hour or not an hour like two and a half hours um and then they wake you up

like an hour before you land because they give you like breakfast quote unquote it's like yogurt um and then

i got there and we had like a pretty full-ish day um my friends that lived there just moved into a new

apartment so they had like a housewarming party the night that i like arrived i got there around 10 My friends that live there just moved into a new apartment.
