Very nice weather has been great here in South Florida.

Yeah, it was brutal over the weekend, but last night and this morning, ooh, so nice.

Yeah, and I'm trying to force myself, get out the house, do a little walk, just kind of get out and move around a bit, enjoy it.

Gotta do it. They said all the greats did the walk. They did. Okay. All the powerful minds out there throughout history that

always take time to go for a walk. Something to it. It does reset the body.

It really does. And you just if you have no phone

No partner walking beside you if you're by yourself and you're just allowed to think about things. Yeah. It's really good. It is very good unless you decide to walk by the dog park. I'm going to adjust my route tonight. Yeah, I would happen. There were about five yappy dogs that just... I was so Zen and it was so good and you know those little dogs that are just, they're a lot loud,

they're so loud for their size and they just had that attitude like they owned it and they were

going to show me and yeah I just I gotta stay away

steer to clear the dog park. I know what you mean because I don't like walking

without having some music by where I live there's certain times where it sounds like a traffic
