She said, you need to tell Jay Bird he needs to try drinking some whiskey with honey,

take some vitamin C, sodium absorbate, and oil of oregano.

Eat some soup, drink plenty of water and coconut water and get extra rest.

Stay away from sugar and dairy.

And also for the mindset, don't say that you're sick.

Say that your body is fighting off a virus and it is healing.

Think positive, well, thought you will feel better fast.

I honestly, but quite honest, I didn't want to break it up on the air, but y'all did. You look sick. I think people could see it. Yeah. Yeah, I hear you. Well, it's out there. It is. Yeah, people are giving me, I'm getting a stank eye in the hallway. Well, it's also out there, too.

Like, a lot of people that I know are sick that don't work here.

Like, it's just funk is everywhere right now.
