And in some of these chats, whether it's YouTube or Rumble or wherever it may be, those things get to moving so fast. I don't know how you keep up with any of that.

And I've seen some of the bigger shows that just go absolutely crazy in the live chat, but I'm glad you're there. Thank you for blowing it up. It actually helps the algorithm. So whatever the algorithm is, it just helps move us to the top. And so I'm glad you guys are here. Good morning. Welcome to Before the Noise. If you're new here,

my name is Chad Prather. These are my devotional thoughts, and you guys are sitting in with me.

And I want to tell you, I was thinking about it this morning. I don't know why I feel the need to tell you,

but I get a lot of messages. And I think that goes without saying, but I have a lot of people who...

I don't sit around and prepare these devotional times together like a pastor would prepare a sermon for Sunday morning.

These are truly my devotional thoughts, and so I say that because I want you to understand we're discovering the scripture

together in many ways.

And so I'm thankful that you help me to see the scripture in a new way.

Very, very fresh every day.

And I'm blessed because of it.

And you guys just do, you just do a tremendous job of just keeping me accountable in a lot of ways. And so thank you for being here. I know it's a lot for some of you, especially out on the West Coast. Our buddy Partyfowl, Steve, he's our hall monitor. He's up. He's out on the West Coast today. And he's our, if you get out of line, he'll put you in time

out.

Apparently I met a few people mad yesterday.

I got a lot of, I got a couple of messages where people were a little upset because I got a little fired up about it. But you know what? If you don't get passionate every now and then, what are you even doing? What are you even doing? We're working our way through the book of Mark, and I want to remind you that the most powerful things that God does in your life usually begins where nobody will ever see it. Nobody's going to notice it. It's going to be beneath the soil. It's going to be beneath the surface. It's going to be in a quiet place. It's going to be in a hidden place, it's going to be an uncelebrated place, an invisible place. And that sounds good, but we live in a culture that's

addicted to instant visibility, but the kingdom of God grows underground before it ever breaks

through and is visible above the ground.

So we're going to talk about that a little bit today in the book of Mark.

We're going to pick up in verse 26 and I want to ask you, those of you who are part of the Before the Noise family,

to be praying specifically, praying about the next couple of weeks we have an opportunity
