Well, good morning, church. Praise the Lord that all of you are here in attendance. Thank you for those who are joining us online.

And on behalf of Pastor J.D. Farag, I'd like to welcome you to Calvert Connoe to our Sunday morning services.

I pray that you're blessed by not only being here to receive the Word of God, but by the fellowship that you receive here in this loving church.

It is absolutely amazing.

And I have a wonderful announcement to make.

Back by popular demand.

Pastor J.D. Lord Willing will return Tuesday for our prayer meeting.

With a teaching, by the way. The pressure was just too enormous, and the blessings too great for him to resist the power of the Lord.

So he'll be conducting a teaching along with our corporate prayer on Tuesday night beginning at 7 p.m. here in the sanctuary.

If you're able to come, please come out and join us. It is so amazing. I'm looking

forward to this teaching that he is titled, Prayer is a first response, not a last resort.

Oh, just the title alone speaks volumes. And I am super excited for many of reasons. I bet you can't guess the main one.

My pastor's coming back and that means a lot to me.

On Sundays, we have two services. The first service is normally dedicated to the prophecy update,

and the second service we're normally doing our line by line teaching in the New Testament in the book of Revelation

But for this morning I would invite you to join me in the book of Matthew

Chapter 13 and will begin at verse 10 and all who are able to stand please do so for the reading of the scriptures this morning
