Almost the story of every athlete Riley is his injury I mean that's probably the greatest

Theme of suffering that exists within within an athlete's career because you know every athlete is going to go through it at one point in time or another.

And so how do you, how do you get through it?

It's fun to see the fruit of it, right? It's fun to look back and go, wow, that was a, that was a trip, that was a roller coaster, but it was so worth it. And for those that are even in that,

you know, call it the bottom right now,

how would you inspire them to continue

to know that it is worth it?

Well, I think it comes down to priorities, you know, Tony Dungy made it very clear what his priorities were as a ball-team coach, and that was Bates First, Family Second second, football, third.

And so your life has prioritized around that.

The desired outcomes change and remind yourself that what is more important to the Lord is that you're

pursuing all of the teachings that he's designed for you in order for you to

experience true joy and whole.
