Summary

George Remus was a Cincinnati pharmacist, businessman and attorney. During prohibition, he was known as "The King of Bootleggers". Remus became the inspiration for the title character in The Great Gatsby" by F. Scott Fitzgerald. It has been reported that Remus made more than 40 million dollars the first three years of prohibition and then....he met a woman.
