I'm Majatli, and my job is to make a despondent, Danielle, somewhat optimistic about the future.

Let's see if I could pull it off in 45 minutes.

You know, folks, I will say this, that before Washington I came on, you know, Mondays have a

different vibe for me these days.

And I don't know if everybody feels similar.

You know, it used to be like, you know, member office space.

Oh, you got a case in the Mondays, you know, because you're starting the work week.

And today, I don't know.

I opened my blind.

It's pouring outside here in New York.

It's like really dark and ominous.

I open up my email from Wage to go over to the topics.

Everything is just really terrible.

And I was just like, yeah,

we're really in it, like right now. Like we're in it. It is not impending. It is not at our doorstep. It is literally in our house. It is everywhere coming from every angle.

And there is a deep sense of overwhelm and dread that I am battling with today.

A friend of mine called to say she was in the emergency room because she is suffering from a lot of

stress and one you know and it's it's manifesting physically um i don't know wash it just like you said

we're where we're we're in it what does that mean for No, it's a lot to unpack. By being in it,

it's one of the situations that you and I have talked about for two years on this show.
