I do understand the desire to go outside.

Now, I do have the advantage of experiencing the inside.

And I know where the gaps are.

I know where to fill them.

And I look forward to bring in outside perspectives, new ideas to energize the

group that we have here, perhaps look at the game a little bit differently. But I also know at

the end of the day, fans just want to win. And they want to get around a team that they believe in.

Well, the White Sox are years and years away from Don't Stop Believing.

But Chris knows what his job is to get fans believe in in the White Sox again.
