Summary

While the investigation into the murder of 48-year-old Mary Lou Morris was just beginning, another woman – 39-year-old Mary Teresa Morris – was killed brutally. Though there was far more evidence to be had in Mary Teresa’s case, Harris County Sheriff’s Office Detectives came up empty handed. As they investigated the usual suspect – Mary Teresa’s husband – another seemingly good suspect emerged, one who seemed to have it out for the victim. While potential motive was there, however, clues tying either man to the scene of the crime were virtually nonexistent, no matter what the media lead readers and viewers to believe. Part 2 of 3.

If you have any information about the murder of Mary Lou Morris or Mary Teresa Morris, please contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office at (713)274-9100 or Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS (8477)
