Summary

February 11th, 1987. Fort Collins, Colorado. The body of 37-year-old Peggy Hettrick was found in a field. She had been stabbed and mutilated. There were multiple suspects, but the police focused on 15-year-old Timothy Masters, who found the body but failed to report it initially.
