And so far you've heard disparate accounts of that morning from the police and the witnesses

on the street.

But there was one more witnesses who initially came in very handy for the Baltimore

City Police.

Someone they stopped to detain and pick up in the van on the way to the Western District.

But by the time they got to the officer's trial for the death of Freddie Gray, it was
