Summary

The early days of the search for the killer clown focus on Marlene Warren's husband, Michael, and the repo woman who worked on his used car lot, Sheila Keen. There appeared to be motive: An insurance payout, investment properties, a lavish home and an affair. But there's little or no hard evidence. As Michael goes to prison for illegal activities on his lot, the investigation into his wife's murder goes ice cold. Until 27 years later, when the secret lives of a married Virginia couple are exposed, and the alleged killer clown is finally unmasked.

0:39.0	She owns a small, used car lot nearby with her husband, so she's a familiar sight to James and the coworker who was in the store with him.

0:58.0	We were both completely surprised when she came in the store dressed head to toe in this clown outfit with makeup and everything.

1:38.0	On Memorial Day weekend, 1990, James saw the news reports about a clown that showed up at the front door of a Wellington home and shot Marlene Warren in the face.
