| 1:20.4 | all his magical helpers. Beyond laughing valley lies the forest of Bursi, a large mountain |
| 1:28.8 | stands there that contains the cave of demons who conspire to Kidnap Santa. But even when |
| 1:37.1 | it looks as though the demons may win, one can never underestimate the power of magical |
| 1:44.0 | friends. And now, if you haven't already, perhaps you can shift around into a comfortable |
| 1:54.2 | sleep position that feels just right for you. And as you begin to settle in, you can notice |
| 2:05.2 | the sounds around you, the sounds that are close by, the sounds that are further away. |
| 2:25.3 | Notice the various places of pressure where your body meets the surface below. |
| 2:35.6 | And as you arrive now into this present moment, you can give yourself permission to let go and relax. |
| 2:50.6 | Letting go of any holding. Letting go of tension. Letting go of thoughts. |
| 3:02.4 | Letting go of the day. And enjoy this quiet moment now of rest and relaxation as you drift off. |
