On August 9, 1993, a group of kayakers were on an expedition, enjoying a nice summer's

day on the lake when they glimped something pacing them in the woods by the shore.

They paddled to get a closer look, and that's when they noticed 17-year-old Valentina

Udechenko standing there all alone.

They called out to her, but she didn't reply.

They asked if she needed help, and she just stood there, frozen.

As the kayakers got closer, they noticed that she was covered in blood.

Now Valentina Udechenko had left on a hiking expedition seven days earlier, with six

other people.

And at this point, she had been missing for two days.

The wereabouts of her six compatriots, unknown.

This casefile joined the boys as they head back into the mountain ranges with the Camar de
