Look, please, in the scriptures to Matthew the 16th chapter.

Matthew 16, we've been on a topic for a few weeks now, just a few,

on a series that we're calling the keys of the kingdom.

The keys of the kingdom.

And it's based on this passage here, Matthew 16 and 13.

Matthew 16, 13, when Jesus came into the coast of Cessaria, Philippi, he asked his disciples, he said,

whom do men say that I the son of man am?

And they said, some say you're John the Baptist, some Elijah, others Jeremiah, one of the prophets.

And you'll find similar thing today.

If you ask people, if you stop somebody on the street and say, you ever heard about Jesus?

They'd probably say, yeah, I've heard about Jesus.

Who do you think he is?

Well, some say, you know, he's a great teacher.

Some say he's a great example.

Some say this, some say that.

A prophet.

Verse 15.

But he said to them, the 12,

who do you say

that I am?

And that is the big deal.
