0:03.7	We'll look at chapter 18 today.
0:06.3	Matthew 18 and 18.
0:11.3	You believe in with me?
0:13.6	You hear from him just what you need this morning that we all do.
0:19.0	Matthew 18, 18, Jesus said,
0:24.1	verily I say to you, whatsoever you shall bind on earth,
0:28.8	shall be bound in heaven.

0:36.3	shall be loosed in heaven. Now he had said that previously in Matthew 16,
