The qualities of leadership, resilience, and purpose is really, if I could boil those down

as like, you ask for what's one word, what's one quality, those are the qualities that I look

for in founders. And obviously, if someone's raised their right hand and they said, I'm going to

defend this country and they've been through the military, they've been through adversity,

they did something bigger than themselves, They push because I was in the

Marines. I was on activity for five years, right? And I learned so much about myself through that
