This is something that I know I have struggled with in the past, it's something that I've

really worked on hard in myself, and from a lot of people that I coach, tens of thousands

of people that I've coached over the years, I noticed that judging people is really

something that holds people back.

And it doesn't just hold them back from being who they want to be, it also holds them

back from the life that they want.

And I'm going to dive into the reasons behind that.
