1:34.3 | But then I eat a donut, so now I'm casting a vote for being an unhealthy person. |
1:37.6 | So I'm kind of like you walkers out. |
1:39.8 | So you want, you want to reinforce them that align with your principles and values. |
1:44.8 | I think that your habits are the way that you embody an identity. |
