biblically about everything. Okay so here we go. Here we go. This is the parable of the sower and like a lot of parables of Jesus,

it can be hard to understand. It can be in, but here's the cool thing about what we're doing today is we go through the

parable to sower it's like a key for understanding a lot of the parables of

Jesus. It gives us some tools for unpacking a lot of the things Jesus says in

Parables here are like riddle type sayings

where it's all metaphor, it's all spoken in metaphorical language,

I remember when I first read this parable I thought step one I

read through the soar the soar so it's the seed and there's these different you know

types of soil and the crop and the result of the seed It's like a farming parable.

what this is about and then I read on and the disciples were like we have no idea what

this is about and Jesus then explains the parable and I got all excited I thought oh he explains this

parable and that's what we're going to get into today is not only the teaching of it but the explanation of it.
