Although we're going to be talking to married couples today and people that are engaged to be married, we don't want the singles

to miss this because this is important information. My wife and I have been married 44 years.

We have seven kids. We have five grandchildren and one on the way. So we've been a marriage

ministry for a number of years. So we're going to pour our hearts out in the limited time that we

have remaining. But first of all, let's just stop and praise the Lord.

And I'm going to go to Psalm 100 and give some grateful praise.

Let's go to prayer.

Shall for joy to the Lord, all of the earth, worship the Lord with gladness.

Come before him with joyful songs. know that the Lord is God.

It is he who made us, and we are his.

We are his people, the sheep of his pasture, enter his gates with Thanksgiving, and his courts

with praise.

Give thanks to him, and praise his name, for the Lord is good and his love endures forever.

His faithfulness continues through all generations.

Amen, Psalm 100.

So that Psalm was written about 3,000 years ago.

And just think of all the generations that have come and gone since then.

And marriage is so important because we're talking about leaving a legacy.
