Are Millennials entitled? Do they lack work ethic? There's some legitimacy to those charges. But on the other hand, there are plenty of young people (men and women under 30) who have the drive and ability to do great things. In this episode, I talk about the key flaw in many Millennials. It might be what's keeping you from success, too.

0:38.8	and everybody likes to say all they're entitled all they're angry all they're lazy all they're
0:45.9	you know they think that they should be you know so much further down the road or too good they're
0:51.8	too good to do hard jobs and this and that you know what there's some validity to that all right
0:57.0	and I want to get right into why I think that's the case a lot of people like to dog the under 30
1:02.8	or quote unquote millennial generation and you know I don't think it's necessarily a fair thing
1:11.8	for people to do but I do think there's some validity in the criticism and I want to pinpoint
1:16.8	the problem as I see it all right millennials don't lack work ethic they don't lack creative thought
1:23.9	they don't lack the ability to do great work what they do lack is patience all right because of
1:35.0	the internet and because of the way these people have grown up they have not grown up or been taught
1:40.4	patience they don't know what it's like to have to call somebody when they're at home and hopefully
1:47.7	get them or ask their mom like hey is Susie home you know and she might be out playing so you have
1:54.3	to wait for two three hours till she gets home so you can talk to her they don't know what it's like
1:59.4	to not be able to have everything at their thumb the availability of their thumb on their phone
2:07.1	they don't know what it's like to have to actually go out in the public to live an actual life
2:13.6	all right and for that reason because everything is so instant now and everything is so available
2:20.6	and everything is so you know automatic in every single way and this is how they've grown up
2:28.6	they lack patience okay and this is a fundamental problem with millennials this is very very
