Are Millennials entitled? Do they lack work ethic? There's some legitimacy to those charges. But on the other hand, there are plenty of young people (men and women under 30) who have the drive and ability to do great things. In this episode, I talk about the key flaw in many Millennials. It might be what's keeping you from success, too.
