the day that when we talk about the narrative idea behind selling high and a player,

I saw somebody tweet that we have to start having a conversation now

that Steph Castle is the best American, or how quickly he's going to be the best American

born player. It's like, um, okay, Tatum, Aunt Edwards, Kay Cunningham, Cooper Flagg, like they just,

they don't exist these guys. Like that's, like, that's a crazy take. Like, do we have to have

that conversation about Castle becoming the best American world player? No, we don't. Like, do we have to have that conversation about Castle becoming the best American

world player?

No, we don't.

Like, no, we don't.

There's three other guys coming in this next draft who are going to be ahead of him.

Like, what are we doing?

And then I saw someone from someone alerted this to me on Twitter saying, man,

Steph Castle's been great.

He's a top 25 player in the league right now.

Not a top 25 prospect. Not a top 25. I'd rather have this guy in his contract moving forward. A current top 25 player in the league. What are you talking about? So I can not rate him and you might not rate him as well as you think that I should or I don't think he's as good as you think that he is. right but there's differences between that idea and saying he's a current top 25 player in the league, which means he's an all-star lock and going to be close to the all-NBA, which again is crazy, or to suggest that we're going to have a discussion about him being the best American-born player, which is also, like, crazy. But you've got to tie these narratives in when you're doing sell high stuff
