And obviously we're going to get into what happened with the Browns and the commanders.

We're going to preview the Steelers, but the biggest story really in the sports world

is what happened on Monday night football with the Mar Hamlin.

And for those who have not heard, I think it's very important to lead off with the latest

update, which is very, very good news about to Mar Hamlin from the physicians caring for

him at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

He has shown a remarkable improvement over the past 24 hours while still critically ill.

He has demonstrated it appears to be neurologically intact.

His lungs continue to heal, and he is making steady progress.
