But welcome to the quick intro of the Kevin Sheehan show, the podcast.

That's what I'm going to do now.

So much has happened over the last month, and I've missed very much doing a daily show more than you can imagine.

And by the way, the response from so many of you after I left 980 was very nice, much appreciated,

and I can't tell you how much it meant to me. I'll get into the 980 thing on the first real show, which will be available tomorrow, all the gory details

of what happened at 980. They're actually not that gory. But the Kevin Sheehan show starts

just in time for NFL season. There wasn't any way that I was going to sit out the football season like Rigo did back

in 1980.

I don't care five of you end up listening to this podcast.

This is the best time of the year to do sports, to do sports radio, to do sports content.

I love doing it.

I'm going to do it with or without 980. Now,

where's Cooley? Many of you will ask. He's not here with me right now. I want to continue to do a show

with Chris. We wanted to continue to do a show together on 980. More on that coming up tomorrow.

Many reasons for him not being here today.

I can't get into those, but he's just not available right now.

But he might be later today or tomorrow or next week.

But with the NFL season starting tonight, skin season starting on Sunday,

I wanted to get something started.
