If you level set this issue and you were actually counting just citizens, there would be 20 to 25 more U.S. House seats in red states than there would be right now.

We need to honor the Constitution.

And we've been dishonoring the Constitution, dishonoring the law, all for the purpose, the express purpose of increasing the political power. Welcome back to the Kevin Roberts show. And this week,

we have a very simple question. Who do we count? But the implications are pretty serious. You see how we do

our census in this nation affects how we're represented in Washington, D.C. It represents our

electoral college. It's all about politics and power. Right now, illegal immigrants are counted

within our census. Dr. Roberts, we're calling this episode

who we count, who we represent, because at the end of the day, those two things are inseparable.

They are inseparable, and it's preposterous that we sit here in the 2020s and have to debate this.

And the reason we have to debate it is because the left has for decades abused the Constitution,

the legal requirement that we only count citizens.

And the reason they do that, Larry, as you know,

is for political power.

All right, so people might be shocked, actually.

It's amazing that they don't realize that this is what goes on. I think everyone assumes that only citizens are counted in the census to determine who are members of Congress are. When did this start? When did we start counting people who are not only non-citizens, but are actually illegally in our nation?

Well, like with most bad ideas in modern America, this really became a problem in the

1960s.

Blame LBJ.

But it is intensified each decade as the left has come to accrue power in what are now

blue states, because those blue states wield some power over one part of the process.

benefits to illegal immigrants, welcome illegal immigrants, maybe even give them free health care
