So I'll dig into that here really quick.

Just full disclaimer, I don't follow the keto diet personally.

It's not my goal to be in ketosis every single day. But I do have a handful of people here,

athletes and clients of ours who do it and it does work for them and they feel good on it.

And then other people do it and they completely fail miserably. Before I dig into this, I think the failure rate of this quote unquote diet or lifestyle is about 99% for most people.

Just because I think it's so restrictive in terms of carbohydrates.

I know a lot of people like to, you know, drink booze and eat cookies and have shit in between there.

So for a lot of people, this doesn't work, but for the people we have here who can sell

out to it, they've been crushing it on it and they feel, you know, pretty good.

So with that said, the Keogenic diet is basically a low carbohydrate, you know, moderate

protein, higher fat diet, which puts your body into this metabolic state known as ketosis.

Essentially, that's where the name comes from.

It's pretty simple.

Essentially, what it means is that when you figure out your macros, your proteins,

carbs, and fats breakdown, which we've talked about in other podcasts,

you find that you're eating mostly fats and the fats that are good for you guys,
