Wow, you made me sound pretty busy. You are busy. You're such a hustling. You have so many things going on.

That's what I thought was so cool. Oh we have to be hustlers, right? Especially out in this town.

So you've been in LA now for a year. Literally, like just out of year, which is wild that all that's passed already but yeah it's been a good year.

Can you see yourself staying here? Yeah I live day by day. I'm very nomadic. If you've known me over the years I get up and leave every two years.

I just get bored one day, I'm like, I'm going to move.

Normally it's been on the East Coast, and this was a very last minute decision where I thought,

you know what, let's go to the other coast for a while.

So we'll see. I'm going to sign at least one more lease. I can give LA at least one more year, and then we'll see I'm gonna sign at least one more lease I can give LA at least one more year and then we'll see do you miss anything about the East Coast at all I mean yeah I miss all my friends are there and I live in St. Petersburg Florida which I think is the best place to live in the entire country.

So I definitely miss aspects of it.

But I mean, LA is the second best thing, I guess.

It's a lot cheaper to live in Florida.

There's no state taxes.

Is it harder for work over here?

I mean, yeah, of course it's more like out there,
