It's the middle of January and if I made resolutions I would maybe feel like they've all fallen apart already.

0:16.0

But the thing about resolutions is that there's really no particular time when you really need to start them.

This is a podcast about better living. And when I ask guests about a life tip they can offer,

0:28.4

and I think it's a good one, I try to implement it right away. I mean, a guest said that Megan

0:35.2

Dowell, she said that she recommends getting your car detailed. I got it detailed

0:38.8

1:50.6

apps before bed, but at least it was interactive. I was talking to people. I was checking my

1:55.6
