I'm doing another one of those advice segments that you all seem to enjoy,

and I'm joined here by my friend Buck Sexton, co-host of the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton show. Hi Buck. So nice to have you on. Hey, great to see you. I didn't mean for this to happen, but I just realized now like a Brazilian soccer player, I'm just one name on the screen. So that's great. It's just Buck. I am the Buck. Everyone knows who Buck is. I mean, I don't even think you need a last name in this case.

Did people like my last advice or did I get more people angry at me or disagreeing with me?

Well, I think the friend one, everybody enjoyed.

I think that got overwhelming, you know, support.

It was a mixed bag with the one where I think the woman she did on her. I was a little 50-50 on that one myself, so I can't get mad at it anymore. If you want to make friends talk to people, that's 100% good advice, real advice, and will work. You just mean just talk to more people all the time. Just talk to people. Some people felt that they weren't brave enough to do that, but I feel like you... But see, this is a... gave some good tips. This is like public speaking, which is you have to just do it. Meaning, like, the only way to do it is to push through and do it. And telling yourself, I don't like doing that is actually not an acceptable response to the goal that you want. Anyway, sorry.

That's right. No, no, this is great. The question that we're going to get into today also

touches on the issue of friendship. So this leads perfectly into it. So here we go. And Buck does not

like to know the questions in advance. This is the first time he's hearing these questions.

All right. Hi, Carol. I'm in my

60s and have lived in a blue city my entire life. I never minded until the last few years. I followed

your COVID journey to Florida and felt for you very much, but I didn't have kids in school, so I

didn't feel like I had to make a change. I waded out the arrows in the grocery

store and went on with my life. But with the murder of Charlie Kirk and the celebration I heard

from friends and acquaintances, I am now thinking I need to move and find people with values in common.

Do you think it's too late? You've talked about the difficulty of making friends in your 40s. Can I do it in my 60s? I think this is a tough one. What do you think, Buck?

Oh, I think that the ability to embrace change and adapt at any and all ages is something that we should all strive for, that you should, you want to be as adaptable.

The only thing that's consistent in life is change.

Yeah.

And so if you think that there's a new phase that you want to enter or and you want to try
