There are new developments in the case of 19-year-old Kadir Skinner, the Delaware teenager who was shot in the back and killed by a Wilmington police officer last month.

Police officers were responding to reports of a man with a gun when they saw Skinner pointing a handgun ford a crowd.

They say Skinner ran when officers approached him, leading to a foot

chase that ended when an officer opened fire. But Skinner's family says the public has only heard

one side of the story and says that's not true. They're represented by civil rights attorney

Ben Crump and Harry Daniels, who have spent weeks demanding the release of the officer's

body camera footage, saying it could answer the biggest questions about what happened that night.

Nothing on that video justified this. I'm aggravated. They need to release the video.
