| 0:00.0 | Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you are, and welcome to this week's |
| 0:14.9 | weekly energy boost. My name is Elie Chava, and I am here this Monday morning with David, |
| 0:20.2 | and we are excited to share with you the Kabbalah of death, the most joyful way to die. I don't know who comes up with these topics, these titles, but we'll go with it. The energy of this week is highlighting that process, not God forbid, for people to die, but really to understand and gain clarity about our soul's purpose. |
| 0:42.3 | And last month we had an episode on where we asked listeners for questions and answers. |
| 0:47.3 | And one of the questions that came up numerous times from listeners was about contacting lost, not lost, loved ones who they've lost, and that |
| 0:59.5 | also generated a new stream of questions. So it really ties in beautifully to this week's understanding |
| 1:06.4 | of the body's process in the spiritual journey and how we can learn and grow from understanding |
| 1:15.2 | that process to be more focused on fulfilling our potential and to do our best while we're |
| 1:21.6 | alive. Weekly energy boost is a seven-day spiritual weather forecast where David and I and sometimes |
| 1:26.5 | our guests provide our listeners with the most practical and powerful tools to navigate the coming seven days. |
| 1:32.0 | We do that through gleaning the wisdom of Kabbalah. |
| 1:35.3 | And inevitably, every episode provides you with the most, the best of the principles and tools that you can use to navigate any day of the week, |
| 1:47.4 | any week of the year. And so as we hone in this week on that understanding about what purpose |
| 1:54.1 | death serves and how we can use it as a catalyst for our growth, we really want to turn |
| 1:58.9 | our focus on the positives, the gains, |
| 2:02.6 | and not the losses. So, David, when people come to you with questions about the soul's |
| 2:08.4 | journey and what happens afterwards, how do you start that conversation? Well, first I would say |
| 2:14.1 | that I try to preemptively work on people's perception of death. |
| 2:22.8 | And I think the perception overretingly is that it's negative. |
| 2:28.5 | And one thing we have to understand is that there's always continuity in this world |
| 2:32.2 | because if the creator controls everything in this world, it means there's always continuity. |
| 2:38.5 | Death is the illusion and the perception that we have. And so that limitation is on us. It's not on the creator. |
