In this episode we’re talking about the PRESSURE we often put on ourselves to juggle SO many responsibilities and be everything to everyone and honestly— it’s EXHAUSTING. So instead I have an idea that I’ve learned through my own experience, that I think you’ll really connect with to help you INTENTIONALLY choose which balls (for sake of this analogy) you might want to prioritize and which ones you might want to UNAPOLOGETICALLY set aside, without feeling guilty. Can’t wait to hear what you think of this one!
