Welcome to the In Touch podcast with Charles Stanley for Thursday, February 19th.

0:06.5

Eternity is a settled matter for Christians, but one day we will all stand before God.

0:12.4

What will that moment be like?

0:15.0

Let's learn more about it in the judge and the judgment.

0:18.7

The Bible is very clear about the idea of judgment. And the scripture says

0:23.8

that there is a judgment seat that is a judgment for believers and there is a judgment for

0:28.6

unbelievers. The judgment seat of Christ is for believers only. The great white throne judgment is for

0:35.4

1:24.5

And so from that moment on, we should be living a godly life. What happens when we don't?

1:30.0

What happens when we do? That's what the judgment is all about. With that in mind, let's think about

1:35.0

this. What's the purpose of judgment anyway? Well, the purpose, first of all, is to reveal our true

1:42.9

nature. That's why we are there. There was, it would really not be fair, first of all, is to reveal our true nature. That's why we are there.

1:45.0

That was, it would really not be fair, humanly speaking, for God to say,

1:49.7

here's my judgment upon you, and this is what's going to happen.
