I don't like this stuff usually, you know, kind of personal observations

which you extract into a sort of global trend. But I'm going to do a bit of that in the context

The cabinet, though theoretically the prime minister's choice, well, that is chosen with all kinds

of constraints. The person a prime minister chooses to work closely with them in number 10 is a

unique relationship and shines much light on the character of a prime minister. And the first

Cummings. Believe it or not, still under-explored in some respects because politics moves so quickly.
