0:56.7	Now, about, I don't remember how many years ago, about 12 years ago, I moved to the edge of a
1:05.3	national forest in the middle of California, and I did not know what I was doing there, but after a few months,
1:14.2	I spent a lot of time out tracking animals, and I started to track a wild boar that lived on my
1:20.6	property, or who was at least visiting my property. There are wild boars in the mountains of
1:26.0	California because people brought them from Russia for hunting purposes, and they're very intelligent animals, and they do really well.
1:33.3	It also just so happens that a pink farm pig that just has lived all its life as a pig, if it escapes from its cage. And pigs are escape artists.
1:45.1	In the olden days, they used to have specific pig catchers
1:49.0	who would literally just try to round up the pigs
1:52.2	that had gotten out of their cages or pens during the night.
1:56.1	So pigs are very intelligent, and they often get out of their pens.
1:59.4	And if they make it to a forest or
2:01.6	someplace they can you know hang out and be themselves they turn into wild boars again like not through
2:10.2	generations that individual animal will turn into a wild boar grow black hair and tusks and get bigger and d'r. Yeah. And I was amazed when I read
2:23.1	this and I was tracking this bore around my property and I had the weird sense that it was playing with me.
2:29.2	Like it would go in a circle and I could see a place where it had stood and watched me look at its tracks from earlier.
