To break this cycle, the change must start in this moment.

Think of a time when you were feeling down, and you tried to lift your mood by watching a movie or listening to an upbeat song, but it didn’t work. That’s because your core energy hadn’t shifted. You carried your mood into the experience, proving that true change comes from within. The law of attraction is a powerful force: like attracts like. If negativity or scarcity dominates your inner world, that’s what you’ll see reflected in your external world.

Time isn’t the answer to change—you are. We’ve all tried and failed to start new habits, only to revert to our old ways. This is because we haven’t made the internal shift necessary for lasting transformation. If you want a different experience—be it wealth, peace, or joy—you have to embody that energy now. Ask yourself: if someone were to meet you right now, would they see the person you wish to become? If not, what can you change right now to align with that vision?

Creating a list of your current thoughts, habits, and actions can be revealing. Identify what aligns with your goals and what doesn’t. Commit to letting go of patterns that don’t serve you, whether it’s procrastination or negative self-talk. The moment you decide to shift these elements, your reality begins to change. It’s not about adding more—it’s about amplifying what’s already within you that aligns with your vision.

Remember, the law of attraction works by connecting energies, so the more you become aligned with what you want, the more easily it comes to you. Life offers resistance as a way to help you truly embody change.

The magic of now is that it’s always available. No matter your past, you can choose your frequency and shift your experience in this moment. Write down your goals, think them through, and align your present actions with them. Then, let go of what no longer serves you. Embrace who you are becoming and rise to be the positive force you wish to embody.

You see, if you're only ever going to experience now and you want something to be different, when will you make that change? What now are you going to decide? Because remember, wherever you go, you will bring you there.
