Everyone on Mars began to panic as the word got out about the mission to save the human

race.

Only a select few would be going on the expedition, all the rest would have to stay and suffer

the devastation created by their own hands.

Over time as technology began to advance, it's safe to assume pollution advanced with

it.

I haven't been able to track down the early journals depicting such things, but in the ones

that I have, I can tell you that Mars was beautiful before she cried out for help.

She was much like Earth is now.

The global greenery covered a good portion of the planet while the bigger portion was

littered with oceans as far as the I could see.

Civilization was much like Earth's, I was growing.

Expanding to sizes too great to comprehend.

Now Mars is dying.

I had no one to blame but ourselves.

Due to years of pollution, gases began to absorb the infrared radiation that was released,

preventing the heat from escaping the planet.

Everyone on Mars would eventually be attending the same barbeque if you get my drift.
