On today's show I'm going to talk about the heavyweights, a huge win for Derek Lewis,

Rosenstruck versus Gone and what John Jones will look like when he eventually fights at

Heavyweight and you'll want to stick around for the end of the show because something

happened this weekend at the weigh-ins that disgusted me.

I just thought I let you know a little bit about my vacation guys.

I am in beautiful San Diego.

I don't know a ton about San Diego.

My sister went to college here and I can remember her always telling me the one thing about

the weather in San Diego was it never changes.

On a cold day it's going to be 76 degrees and on a hot day it's going to be 84 degrees

and all year long regardless of summer spring, autumn, fall, winter it's going to be between

76 and 84 degrees and it's exactly what I'm experiencing.

I can hear the ocean.

I can tell I slept with my window open just so I could hear the sound of the ocean just

so I could breathe that in.

I don't know if I have had such a heavy and good nights sleep.

There's a tranquility.

There's a real peace to it.
