Guys, I was talking to you the other day.

I was talking about John Jones putting on, getting up to 240 pounds, putting on about

20 pounds of lean muscle, and doing it in six months.

I was telling you from a common physiology standpoint, that's not possible.

Not possible.

A juice freak online challenged that and said, no, no, no, that's a very realistic number.

I challenged the juice freak by saying, yeah, I always hear you guys saying that it's

a common number.

First off, I'm not talking about with steroids.

And second off, you don't know anybody that did it.

But everybody online that's got a book to sell or a tip or is the next best thing will

always make a claim more ridiculous than the guy who came before him.

And it works every single time.
