Much going on today. In the next segment, we're going to start about a story that broke right before we came on the air.

So we know everything that Gascon tried to do right before the election, filing the paperwork for the Menendez brothers to get parole and supported Garagos's attempts to get their charges lowered or to give them out immediately instead of getting parole.

So they would have served their time and then filed in support of the governor, granting them clemency.

And all along, Gascon has said this was not political, but the timing was always very suspect.

And right before Election Day, Kim Kardashian pushing for their release, Rosie O'Donnell coming out.

And then we know what happened on Election Day.

And today got to sit down with Nathan Hockman, who's going to be taken over in two and a half weeks.

We sat down in his backyard at home and our team, we got to talk to him for a little while, asked him about the Menendez brothers, and he said this.

Right now, part of the problem with the Gascon timing of his decision is there's a cloud over that credibility. Is it a just decision?
