0:28.8	implemented all those taxes, fees, regulations, restrictions that has led to us paying. On average,
0:36.8	we are paying over $4.50 a gallon for gas.
0:41.1	Do you know 28 states are below $3 a gallon?

0:46.2	And 44 states total are below 330 a gallon.
0:51.3	3.29 or less.
0:53.5	And we are at 450, and now the California Air Resources Board is voting on a new fuel
0:59.9	standard that would raise gas prices up to 65 cents a gallon early next year.
1:05.8	So this 450 that you might be paying if you have an average price, we'll shoot up to $5.15.
1:13.8	$5.15 will be the average price.

1:21.7	They're selling gas in Texas for $2.42.
