It's election day, and today election coverage, I'll be here at a 4 o'clock. Then Conway and Thompson,

they will join me. The three of us will be on until six. And Conway and Mo Kelly from 6 to 8,

and Mo Kelly alone after 8 o'clock, KFI news reporters will be scattered about covering various election events.

So we're going to have continuous coverage for the rest of the day here on KFI.

All right, I don't want to get this story lost once the results come in because what you have back east is parts of Indiana and Kentucky just closed their polls.

But there won't be a full state closing until 4 o'clock.

And I don't know if we'll get any results in Indiana and Kentucky.

Well, they may, it looks like they probably, they might start dumping mail-in ballots.

So you'll get a smattering of results.

Different states have different procedures. Some will not start

counting until the polls close. Some have been counting all day and then are going to dump it,

are going to dump the result as the polls close. So we'll tell you when something significant comes up.

The two states to watch early closures would be Georgia at 4 o'clock, North Carolina at 4.30,

our time. Those two are two of the seven swing states. And it's possible to get an indication of how well either Trump or Harris

is doing in those two states, you know, within an hour. What the analysts do is they look at

certain counties and see if they're exceeding expectations or, you know, for example, if Trump

is exceeding what he did in 2016 or 2020,

well, we'll cover that when it comes right now.

I mean, I was, we're just talking on the hallway.
