We're going to get Todd Spitzer on in Orange County,

a 53-year-old three-striker,

Ephraim Maland Burnett.

He's been found guilty of second-degree murder.

He stabbed to death a man outside a sober living home last year in Anaheim.

He had two prior strikes and a special enhancement for using a knife in this murder.

He had been allowed by a judge to participate in a collaborative court program.

And I guess, well, we're going to have, we're going to have Todd Spitzer on to explain how this guy, I guess he was set free from this program.

And that's why he was out to stab this guy to death.
